My wife had an 07 SE Ultra. They are a very nice bike with a lot of extras, heated grips, heated seat, electric locks on tour pack and bags, Satelite radio, garage door opener and 110 engine. The biggest downfall is that all of the extra gadgets do break and are very expensive to fix, which is why she doesn't have it anymore. My 2010 Ultra Limited with 103, cams , fuel tuner and exhaust would run circles around the 110 though. Check and make sure al the gadgets work before you lay out a bunch of cash on it.
