2007 FLHTCU and Fuelmoto Vision

I bought my Electra Glide new in April 2008. On the way home at the first couple of red lights I realized what the salesman said coming off a water cooled bike that the Harley will be warm. He was not kidding. Before spending a ton of money to correct something that will only lessen with modifications wait till your are ready to do upgrades for more performance. Instead of throwing parts at bike to try to cool it down.....
 
I occaisonally ride an 07 Road King, with a 103, which is bone stock. It gets pretty darn hot on hot days, but nothing out of what I'd consider normal. It will stumble a little at idle, but right back to normal as soon as you twist the throttle. Not sure if the 07's have the heat managment like the 08's and above.

That is probably the EITMS cutting out the rear cylinder at idle. Once you twist the throttle any, it kicks off (meaning the EITMS - rear comes back to life!!).
