2007 dyna

Nope, not in the 48k miles on my '7 Dyna. Haven't even heard of a vehicle having a vapor lock since my dad sold his 1950 Studebaker.

Dealer said the fuel line was vapor locked

Pretty hard to do since you have 58 psi of fuel pressure. Just like a radiator cap increases the temp required for a boil over,, the fuel pressure reduces the chances of vapor lock (the liquid changing state to a vapor).

What was the problem surrounding the topic. Was the bike hard to start after a HOT soak?
I guess you "could" experience vapor lock if ALL the conditions were perfectly right.

The bike would turn over and fire but not start. Dealer said it was vapor locked. Never had vapor lock since fuel injection.

Back in the old days with rubber hoses running between the cylinders we had this problem and some fires, but with EFI I have not seen it, more likely low fuel pressure?
