Where do we go on the HD website to check for other updates that have been issued in the past for a specific VIN?

Does anybody have a copy of the M1225 Service Bulletin?
.... I checked and its been taken off the site,
message "BOX: This shared file or folder link has been removed."

(The reason is, I have a 2008 Ultra SE and it started making "valve train noise" at approx. 90k miles, its reaching 116,000 now, noise still there.
Harley never sent me any information regarding this "update/recall" problem, found out about it last year??!! ... duh?)

Any help shall be appreciated,
