2006 stock or aftermarket jugs?

Previous owner of this bike claimed to have put a 1250 kit on, is there anyway of telling if these are aftermarket jugs? I found this symbol (attached pic), but have know idea what the symbol is. Is that a HD factory symbol? Thanks for any help.

That looks like the stock cylinder to me. a good dyno test will tell you if it has been made to a larger cc.
