2005 idles high

I used propane and then went to WD40 went all around intake area did not notice any change in rpm, what do i do next?
.

I would next verify that the throttle body butterfly Vane is closing against the final mechanical stop when twist grip was at "0".
Since there are no apparent vacuum leaks it sounds like the Vane is not closing completely due to some kind of cable bind, or a bind in the throttle body shaft. Return spring in good shape?

Wait a minute, it can't be a mechanical bind. If it was the TPS would be off "0" and the ECM would know it and would not step out the IAC in an attempt to correct idle.

Disregard my previous post. I don't believe it could be a bind.

I found the problem tonight, the throttle bodie screw came loose that is normally factory sealed and backed out causing the high idle. Thanks everyone for the help.
