Just wandered if i can get rid of the rear aluminum rim and replace with a 40 spoke to match the front, It is a 160 70 b 17 tire so how do I know what will work and what will not Thaks Slo

Hi Slo......don't know for sure if it will work, but I got a laced wheel off a '04 Softail that is 16"x3" and takes the standard tire of 150/80-16. This is stock wheel and tire for this bike. Looking to trade for a solid aluminum wheel.

Hi slo09, If your pulling the stock wheel may I suggest looking for a replacement off of a 06 or newer. the bigger (200) rear tire really makes a diff. Good Luck

Doesn't hog pro have a spoked wide tire kit for the deuce? Think it comes with everything you need to tuck a 200 back there. That is if your interested in a wider rear tire.
