2004 RK FLHRS carb problems

Yes the tank vent is in the cap. If you have aftermarket mufflers they will pop a bit on decel. Even the stockers do to but you don't hear it.

It has H-D S-E mufflers on it. So the bachfire is nothing to worry about??

Most of the low restriction/free flowing mufflers will give you some backfiring on decel.
