Update - The battery vendor fully charged the battery then let it sit for a week before they load tested it. After one week, the battery had full voltage but no amperage so they're going to ship me a replacement DEKA battery.
Lesson learned - Just because a battery is new, don't think that it is not failed.

Glad the correction was as simple as a replacement battery. The biggest problem with a new battery failure is the way that is was prepared before installation and used. It can really shorten the life of the battery and cause vehicle to exhibit some very strange characteristics, like a humming speedo...
