Engine oil, 2 1/2 quarts with filter, start up run recheck and keep oil in cross hatch on stick, primary fill to right at bottom of clutch basket with bike level, the tranny may take up to 1 quart, put in 3/4 quart and re check

Sounds like Jack has you covered and I would add that you should have a manual if you are going to be doing the maintenance on your bike.

Be sure to consider all options for transmission and primary oil if considering just using synthetic motor oil for there is much better choices, that will make bike shift and run more smoothly.
