2003 dyna fxdx shuts down

gday all... bike starts and runs sweet for about 4-5 min then just shuts down....
starts again when cold no worrys.electrics still on and running...any idears
have cleaned fuel line & carbi......vacium working i have no idear...... REGARDS QUINNY
