2002 Ultra Classic Radio Not Powering Up...

Hey Folks..... I've checked the fuses but am unable to get Radio to come on at all.


Any input Greatly Appreciated.....

I don't know if an '02 is the same, but my '07 has a P&A fuse under the right side cover, near the ECM.
