2000 ultra Classic CB

We had a new guy join our group yesterday. He has a nice 2000 Ultra classic and all works great. His CB radio is stuck on channel 19. The squelch works fine we can adjust it up and down but we cant fiquire out how to change the channels.

I can't figure out from your post if you're saying it's broke or if you don't know which controls change the CB channels.

I have a 06 Ultra so I think it's the same. On the right handlebar switch you can channel up and down. A second way is right on the radio face. Go to the right side of the radio face; up arrow and down arrow will change your channels also. Hope this is what you were looking for.
