2000 Road King 6 Speed

I have my 2000 Road King in the shop . Installing Screamin' Eagle 95" kit with HTCC Heads and pistons , Andrews Gear Drive 510 Lift cams and a Power Commander III .
Thinking about a 6 Speed ?? I have 6 speed out of a wrecked 2007 with 1800 miles on it . Does anyone know if it will work on the 2000 ?

should fit as the builders kits just include the shafts and gears ..
