2000 FLHTCUI Front Shock

I was told the 2000 FLHTCUI has a Air shocks on the front.
Can anyone confirm this?

Up to 2002 touring bikes had air assist forks. Early models had a valve in handlebar ends, later models were next to the rear shock valve on back fender.

Pete is right, back in the old days we could drill the fork caps and install schrader valves

What is the reccomeded pressure?
Do they have fork oil? and if so how often should it be changed?

Yes they use oil in the forks, and should be changed as often as conventional forks. The attached link may answer more.

I bought a Manual. The dealer said 2000 to 2005 was same manual. Nope I found otherwise.
Now I own it. Can someone provide me with any info about the Air portion of the front shock?
The manual I have shows to change Fork Oil at 50,000 but does not mention air on the front.
