Lost ground to gauge cluster in fairing.
Do the illumination lights work in gauges?

Start with the easy stuff first, check ALL fuses and grounds. What happened before ALL the problems any new work inside the fairing?

Does the bike start and run? Check the starter for ground and clean and tighten the battery connections

If you have power off the solenoid that is a good thing, now you need to check fuses and grounds has anything inside the fairing been worked on lately?
