1987 Tour Glide shock size ???

Got a friend with a 87 tour glide that has been lowered in the rear with smaller shocks. He wants to replaced with a standard size shock. Original were air shocks and we are looking at going with progressive 412's but can't decide on what size to use. Any suggestions?

I don't know if this will help you,but I have a friend with an 87 tour-Glide which he has had since new.It never had rear air shocks.It has 13'' coil overs on the rear.

We are planning a winter project raising this bike up to original height. Just found out the front springs were lowered too. Should be interesting...
