1984 FLT transmission swap

I have an 84 FLT with an evo engine and a shovel clutch and primary with an enclosed drive chain.I want to replace all this with an 85 or newer tranny and primary and a belt drive.Has anyone done this?and what year parts would work the best

In 98 & 99 I built a Hard Tail with a Shovel & 4 speed,rear chain drive. I later changed that to a 95ci TC with a 5 speed,rear belt drive. The Primary I used was a 94-99 Soft Tail, with a RevTech 5 speed,same years.Later I changed the engine to an EVO.Used the same Primary & Trans. The Primary was called a Primary in a Box,if memory serves me right.It was complete with all the parts for the Primary.
