150 Kit From HD

Would anyone know if there is a 150 tire kit available from Harley Davidson, that will fit a 1996 FLSTF? The only kits I could locate were 1997 and newer.

Also J&P cycles handles a kit that will take up to a 200 series tire(5" rim width) PN 701-447 but you have to call them about it.
