110 cvo touring

The early 110 motors were notorious for leaking at the cylinder to case seal so I would be looking there for any evidence of a leak. The dealer can also pull up the service record by VIN so you can see what, if any, work has been done on that bike.

Anyone know the cause of this leaking?
Did HD offer any fix that worked?

Cylinder liners slipped and caused oil leaks between cylinder base and case. The MoCo did some warranty repairs back in the day, like '02-'05, IIRC but not sure. The sure fix back in the day was to replace the cylinders with aftermarket hardware. I believe the MoCo did address the problem but not until '10 model year and not sure about that either.
