put torque cams, vance&hines power duals (the one with the x pipe) vance&hines high output mufflers, dyno numbers are 96hp and 107tq temp @ dyno time was 91. Does these numbers seem about right for a 107 Milwaukee eight

I don't know about an M8 but I expect if you want more, head work will be required. My all bore (4.125" x 4.00") motor in my '02 FLHT makes 124TQ/110HP, carbed with heads, cams and exhaust.
 
I've been thinking about doing an all bore 107 when my 2004 FLHRS gets to about 80,00 miles. It seems like the shorter stroke would be able to spool up the rpms faster than the longer stroke of 4.375. I'd be interested in knowing what cams and static compression ratio you went with.
