Don't be fooled...the offer's always based on your credit application & HD doesn't dip below 15% all too often. I'm guessing they're marketing to get people in their show rooms & sell a few bikes, but the 1% APR is bait. The only people who qualify would be Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and...Mr. HD himself...
I financed my 2009 FLHRC last july through HD (eaglemark) for 5.99% with $0 down.
