'09 trike rear brake

the 09 trike is a lehman conversion. in 2010 h-d went in house production.
Performance Machine's web site is down. they have a rear trike brake system for the '10 &11 trikes.Just e-mailed Mr. preuss 714-228-8427
they have.is stage 2 for 18" rims. thelarger master cyl,+ brake lines,17" disc+calipers is roughly $2000.00. more info to come from Mr Preuss (Rick)

The problem I have is, the piston is too far out and won't allow the new pads in. Can't figure out how to get that piston back in..

You would have to get the piston in the proper position so it can retract into the caliper first. If it is cocked, it will not retract.
