08 heritage softail torque spec

I had some work done to my bike and got the dyno print out on it.
It says I have 84.41 foot pounds of torque.
I had V&H big shots stagered duels, High flow air cleaner, and the SE tuner installed.
Service guy said they were some of the best numbers he had seen..........
Everything I see on the net says an 08 has 86 foot pounds stock from the factory.
Did they mess up tuning my bike? or am I missing something here?

With only adding exhaust and air cleaner you will only gain approx 10 Hp. To gain more increase engine mods would be needed.
