I put upper end cams in my scooter and upped the upper end jet, but haven"t touched the lower end jet, it"s still stock, it is spitting back through the carb and will dye at times, after it warms up it doesen"t do bad , but untill it warms up good, it will even dye. It will dye at times even after it warms up! Im new to the forum, but thought I would try it out for advice. Thanks for any help on the matter!!!

Why would you increase the high speed jet and not touch the low jet??? It's a balance of the different fuel metering systems in the carb that make it run properly.

The bike obviously sounds lean but we need more info on the bike like the size of the jets in the carb now.

You will get much more replies if you post a bit more info.

Try reading a bit, the answers you need are all on the forum...

Welcome to the site Hatmetal. You will find it to be one of the best on the net and people are vary helpful. I would listen to glider and read up on what you are doing and then you can ask about things that are unclear to you. We are all hear to help each other. Good luck with you carb trouble.
