My 06 Road King Classic blew a bulb ( I thought) on the left side rear on the light bar. Running light doesn't work on that side, but the signal does. Anybody got any answers? Buy the way, it does that same thing when I take the blub from the other side and switch it to the left side.

Sounds like you have a broken wire on the running light circuit. The turn signal is a separate circuit. The bulb used is a dual filament bulb. One filament is lit whenever the ignition is switched on. The second filament only lights up when the signal is on. There is a connector under the seat where the sub-harness for all the lights on the rear of the bike plugs in. Most likely, your problem is between that connector and the the fixture. Get a copy of the rear wiring diagram for your bike and you should be able to easily determine if you are getting power to that plug on the correct lead. Your service manual has the schematic that you will need. Good luck.
