After hours of looking, taking every cover off I found a shorted wire under cover in tour pack going to side marker. Would Harley use such a cheesy thin wire or did someone add it? Oh well, thanks for the help everyone.

Good for you a bit of patience and you got it fixed, IMO there are a lot of things the MOCO could have done better, but it may not have been as profitable for them, Glad you are back up and running:s
