What does the Centering Screw do on the '05 Ultra (FLHTC-UI)? I seem to have a small leak there after about every 200 miles or so of riding. I've got about 25k on the bike. I cleaned around the Clutch Release Cover and the screw and I notice it "wet" only around the screw. Since it is dry above, it seems to be coming out of the screw. I don't want to try and tighten it till I know what it does.
