05 Dyna running lean

No I didn't check it with clay, but everything seems to be fine better than ever.

That is really strange. The base SE map file for a 2005 Dyna is #105HO103 which is a pretty fat fuel file. (as compared to a file of today) As long as you were running pump gas without any off the shelf octane boosters, I am surprised of the damage since your pre-o2 sensor with no sound of pre-ignition.
Would you know which file was loaded to the ECM.?

I'm not sure of the file, but the download was done by one of the better known techs in the aera.

It really does not make much sense. The only way I could explain it is if your front injector was partially clogged or your fuel pressure was low. I would definitely check the fuel pump pressure. Make sure it's 60 PSI and maybe even replace the injector just to be sure.

I believe there also was a service bulletin around your year bike regarding the spray pattern of the injectors. Injectors with improved angle of spray pattern. If they apply, I would install the new style.

Gotta be careful with these engines. They can lean over and never throw a code.

Thanks guys, I'll definately check into that. I also think the problem was in the injector.

Check the intake alignment and intake seals often over looked:s
