03 superglide with wg frontend problems

I just installed a wideglide frontend on my 03superglide and I'm having trouble with my brake caliper, the brake pads are only touching the roter on the end of the pads. It's like the botton of the caliper is to far in, and its not letting my brakes work. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Are the pins and hardware that locate the pads all free from corrosion and properly cleaned? Some never seize on the pins may help out. Did you use the wheel spacers for the wide glide front end or the other ones from your old front end? Just a few things to look at.

the caliper and all the hardware is all new, the wheel spacer I had to use the old one and had to buy some different spacer because no one had the spacer kit for the frontend I got.

That may be part of the problem with the spacer.

What would be the best way to get the wheel space the right way so every thing works right?
