about to embark on a new project on my 03 night train.
Picked up a few parts:
Complete chrome front end from a 03 Heritage with the front and rear fenders
anyone ever done this?
changing out the triple tree to a heritage triple adding the forks headlight tins bar driving lights but going with a fatboy front and rear wheel.
Just waiting for a new head bolt and brgs and locking tab.
Already did a mock up on it with the rear fender and front fender and wheel in the trains front end worked like it belonged there.
took it for a short ride with the fat boy wheel and heritage fenders on it felt like it was easier to turn and way more stable.
Any thing I should be looking out for before I do the whole conversion completely?
