02 Softail Heritage wiring

I have an 02 Heritage, the other day I was looking for place wire my GPS and found a connection capped with a rubber plug on the left side of frame. I do not have manual or wiring diagram, anyone know or have idea what this is for?

It may be a connection point for a battery tender they are often fitted by dealers or previous owners to make battery maintenance easier
