01 dyna security fault codes and do8 code

I have an 01 Dyna and have been getting a key security trouble light and a do8 code on my speedometer. I had it cleared at the dealer about a week ago . I filled up the tank and zero'd out my trip meter, when I went to start up the turn signal lights flashed 3 times rapidly and I have a key light for 8 seconds after engine starts. I scrolled thru the Speedometer codes and a do8 showed up. I don't know what that indicates. Any help would be appreciated.

d08 is when the speedo sees an over-voltage. Using a quality voltmeter, check your charging system output at both idle and 2500 RPM. Anything above ~14.6 or so is pushing it..
