Smile primary torque specs?

im putting a chrome primary on my07 sportster 883 low. I have ordered a service manual from my local dealer but it is on back order. I was wondering if anyone has one and could give me the torque specs and sequence for the primary and derby covers? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone know where I can get one of those inch pound torque wrenches? I've looked all over and no one really knows what I'm talking about.
