stage 1 download question

Just a quick question that friend asked me and I could not answer. If you have the stage 1 download done to your bike, and you add Rush, V&H, SE, exhaust ect. But you DO NOT put on a high flow air cleaner, how would the bike run? To rich?

considering the bikes and the stage 1 is lean it would most likely run a little rich i think i a new member VNAMVET has done this and dyno'd the bike and was getting some good AFR figures i do not remember the post i just remember seeing it
