Question Nightster Fuel Tank
Does anyone know if a 4.5 gal fuel tank will fit on the XL1200N?

it will fit but you will need the tank fitting kit and a new saddle as the 1200N seat will not fit

If you want to get rid of your tank, let me know as I need a peanut tank for a bike I am building. That one would do just fine

Does anyone know if I was to order a Mustang/Corbin solo seat for a 4.5 gal sportster would it fit the Nightster, this may sound like a stupid question but I like the barebones space between the nightster stock seat and the 3.3 gal tank and don't want to lose it!

NO as the 4.5 gallon tank is a completey different shape and the mounting tab under the nose of the seat is different

hey dude im new here but i got a 2k9 nightster tank for sale, two small dents but maybe u can get her right. I bought a new tank and I just hate keeping items siting around for nothing. Ill give u a great deal

jolobo, i just saw your post... is that tank still available? i have a winter painting project in mind, and if can can get a tank for a decent enough price that my wife won't notice... i'm in!
