Glad to hear they got you somewhat straightened out. Maybe a bad pager?
I just re read your post and realized you installed the alarm yourself. I over looked that the first time. I completely forgot about the FOB having to be programmed to the bike by the dealer. They use the bar code on the FOB and enter it into the bike with the Digital tech.
