vance and Hine 2-1

got me a bargain today in readyness for my cams going into the sporty, a 2-1 exhaust apparently made by Vance and hines for 2006 XL1200??? nothing on there site but the seller says he took them off his 2006 which is all i am worried about as the 06 is rubber mounted same as mine, i do not need the O2 sensor ports as they are currently dissconnected as per PCIII instructions, i still do not think its a V&H pro pipe but its a 2-1 which i wanted.
Should give me the low end boost and torque i am looking for and the lower volume from the short shots will be nice

Re: vance and Hine 2-1

Sweet Hobbit. It's always better to get a deal on something..... Do you have another sporty other than your N? Or are you a horsepower junkie like me and putting a cam in it? I haven't gone that far (yet) I was waiting till I needed to rebuild it before I got that far. Right now I'm concentrating on putting some miles on and saving for the Bassani shotgun pipes. My soul needs the miles and my eyes are telling me that I need the pipes. Now if I can get the wallet and the wife to cooperate with my eyes, we are all good. I'm glad to see you got your 2-1 and a good deal also.

I'll talk to you soon,

THE

Re: vance and Hine 2-1

horse power junkie already have my SE cams got a bargain on them as well over here they are almost £400 and i got them for £150, keep looking at the SE heads but the dealer said the ones on the N are better so if i have to tear it up i am fitting the HC piston to give it more comp but i keep looking at the Trask turbo kit or the LSR turbo kit
my Euro Box cars were monster HP
Golf 250hp from 115hp (supercharged)
Escort 200hp from 90hp (1.6 to 2ltr and cams)
Renault 5 150hp from 105hp (boost upgrade)
Ford Orion 350hp from 80hp ( 2 much to list but no turbo or blower)

then the wife put her foot down
