Re: part to fix rear rocker box leak

Rocker box gasket kit is where i would start it is not un common for the lower rocker gasket to leak there is an upgraded metal gasket in the kit it replaces the 2 part paper lower gasket

Re: part to fix rear rocker box leak

the place where mine is leaking is typical i have heard, but its on the rear cylinder on the top back of the engine. would the gasket kit be a fix for that?

Re: part to fix rear rocker box leak

If the leak is above the exhaust port then it is most likely one of the rocker cover gaskets usually the lower gasket part number 16800-84A is the current part number for the lower rocker gasket on your bike

From an indy repair place or J&P. Might even find them on Ebay.
