There's 110 available in some stations as racing fuel but I remember when Sunoco had over 100 octane available at the regular pumps.Oh the good old days!

Pumped gas at a Sunoco in high school .
reason I knew about av gas octane was when we set up field landing strips if 115/145 was not avaible we had to make the strip longer if they were running 110/130

I hear ya there, worked on C119 and C124 globemasters, they had to flap their wings to get off the ground

Bit off topic now but even if they did flap their wings abit they flew will all them old birds did.
That old c117 and the dc49 The C1A cod you could break part of the wings off shoot them full of holes and they kept flying some times on one engine.
C1A had twin 5000hp RR engines.

These had four P&W 4360 engines with 4 mags each that to be in sync, 28 cylinders each engine,dual plugged, what a joy! NOT!

Just like the harley engines
