Here she be.
I've just got the Iso Wings which I'll put on tomorrow. Then I want to do something about the horrible number plate on her tail. Going to get a smaller plate that angles back.
Thinking next of growing her up to 1200........

Nice looking Sporty, CB63 and yes that license plate mounting would be a lot nicer if it was off to the side like I think I saw on the new Nightster, or Street Bob that even pivots out of the way.

Just don't know how legit it is 'cross the pond, as you gents all ride on the "port" side... and we all know how the law gets confused trying to read it sideways while chasing a pair of fast moving HDs in the twisties, as if that would ever happen!

That'd only ever occur SHOULD Hobbit let me ride his Street Bob AND we needed to find a gas station stat before the Sporty ran out of fuel. Not that such a bizarre scenario could ever happen....

I wish I could put the plate to the side like the cousins can but as you say, the ole Bill would be twitchy about visibility. I know Kuryakyn do a bracket that angles away from the stern and carries a smaller plate so I'm going to get one of those as I'm cheesed off with the billboard on my fender.

I'll get some pics with the I wings on and the detachable WS and post them now that I've worked out the technique and my camera's back from Thule .
Hope you're getting more sun than we are - wouldn't be difficult.

Ok, here goes. The only two I've managed to get, I'm still trying to figure out the camera and the posting. I seriously need a better background.

Re: Post A Pic Of Your Sporty Here

Nice bike XLC.

I ordered a lean back mount for my registration plate and a reduced size plate (black with white lettering - not "strictly" pukka as it's supposed to be yellow with black lettering on modern bikes but I thought the older classic looking plate would be cooler. The police usually turn a myopic eye unless you've riled them, I'm told, like over-rolling the throttle and letting my SEIIs sing near the cop-shop . Not that I'm up to that sort of thing.
Will be glad to get the mizzen sail off the back fender.

I will re-photo and show with the Iso-wings once in place.
