Hope someone can help w/ my signal problem. This bike was stripped of any signals when I bought it. I have located wires for front signals. The problem I am having is the signals I bought have 3 wires and I am only finding 2 wires for each signal. The new light colors are blue, purple and balck. Which goes where - help!

Re: Installation of signals for '99 Sporty
Fronts are the blue, purple and black. Blue is the running light, purple is directional signal and black is ground.
The rears are only 2 wires. No running lights on the rear.

Re: Installation of signals for '99 Sporty
Thanks for your help - I will check that out. Been fighting this for a little bit. Does not effect the riding of the machine, but does impede my safety if you know what I mean.
