08 Nightster Drag Pipes

Looking at changing my stock pipes. May change the air filter also. Was wondering if any other 1200N owners had changed these. Probably have the dealer install at the 1000 mile checkup.

Re: 08 Nightster Drag Pipes

Drag pipes are about as bad as it gets for tuning. There is no back pressure which is a very important thing, especially on a fuel injected bike. The absence of it will rob you of bottom end over a pipe that has a muffler with baffles in it.
