Got 2, both off E-Bay. One for me and one for the son-in-law. Both work great. Paid 13.99 for mine so why pay more.

I like both. With the CD I can enlarge it so I can see what I am looking at. Sometimes I need that feature. Like others have said go with the HD manuals.

The Cd one is nice because you can print the pages you need to use out in the shop and if they get all messed up so what print some more.
