ok wanting to put taller riser on bike . the speedo/tach mounting bracket broke on me , ears broke off where it bolts to riser , so i was taking it off to do a lil weld job on it and i have no slack in my wires. i mean none . now im looking at it
trying to fig out how id do the riser change if i cant move the placement of my speedo/tach. i want a lil more laid back ride on my sporty and i dont have money to buy 12 diff handlebars trying to find the one i like , fig. risers would be the best bet on getting what i want but now i dont know . Glider the house next to ya aint for sale is it lol i need one of you guys as a next door neighbor

Re: speedo placement
if there is no slack in the riser area you may have to lift the tank and shuffle the wires around or disconnect it from the plug to do the job.
If you can and there is no slack remove the wires from the plug after photgraphing them and extend them
