keep blowing righthand turn signal, help?

i have went through at least 3 new bulbs in the last month, they all work great, and they last about 2 days max , the running light filiment blows, not the turn part, i have looked for a short, put new one in and jump up and down on it, not shorts, so i'm at a lost??? any ideas??
its the right hand turn sig

Sounds like either your voltage regulator is allowing high voltage (should be no greater that 14V or so max. OR the bulbs you are using are not heavy duty 1157 (dual filiament) bulbs for rough service (yeah we luv the way our V-Twins lope don't we, one potato at a time). May also want to check the connections for corrosion or signs of arcing.

Are you using a heavy duty bulb or the standard 1157 bulbs.

i'm using a eiko heavy duty 1157, whats a 2057??
