Lower rocker oil leak
On the 2000 883L have oil suddenly began to leak out of the lower rocker cover left side rear of back cylinder. Has the gasket given up with only 8500 miles? Any help would be appreciated. First drip noticed yesterday after a short 100 mile ride.

Re: Lower rocker oil leak
known problem even the new ones do it
it will need a Silicone gasket installed to stop ot at the very least help with the leak its more of a mist than anything that builds up until you spot it - my 1200 did it on the front jug, the 883R is usually the major culprit on the newer motors
