Looks like the Tigers wanted a longer offseason. (EDITED) they just could not push across the runs when they had their chances and they had enough of them.

I felt bad for Jim Leyland last night...bases loaded..and they could not score...and yeah again poor callin by the umps had a major role in a ball game..they ain't perfect ..but for a game of that magnitude replay cam would have been great...just my opinion..." Go Cardinals"
