Power commander III USB problems

About two months ago I had a Power commander III USB fitted to my 2005 Deuce it was put on a dyno and mapped. I felt an immediate increase in performance. However over the past two days it has started popping when I de-accelerate in top gear. I contacted the installer who is 350 miles away in Singapore (I am based in Malaysia) and he suggested adjusting the mapping on the zero throttle position by increasing to +10 between 3000 and 6000 revs does anyone have any experience of this sort of problem and any idea what could cause it as no modifications or servicing has been done since it was dyno.

Many thanks for any advise guys - Roulph

Re: Power commander III USB problems

Any chance that your carb jets gummed up a bit, thus leaning it out?
