Switching to synthetic oil

I've read about how much better synthetic oil is and how much cooler my bike could run on it. Now, can someone tell me how how important it is to get all of the conventional oil out before putting the synthetic in. I assume the two oils mix well enough that it doesn't matter if I don't get it all out. Is this true?

Just make the switch please do not get all wrapped around the axel worrying about gettting all the old oil out. They mix no problem.
You'll just drive your self nuts and waste all knids of time trying to get every last drop out on the oil change.
The switch to a quialty true sny engine oil is a good move. And if you have not done it yet do the tranmission also.(gear lube not oil)

Re: Switching to synthetic oil

No big deal here. Just drain and refill it.
